Love Alignment: Releasing the Resonance of Past Relationships

I would do anything for love. My astrological sign is Leo, which is ruled by the heart. I am fiercely protective of those I love. I spent years on a personal journey to find the right partner. I have prayed, journaled, meditated, used all of the different forms of healing work that I have studied and then some. It wasn’t until I learned to remove the frequency of past love from my field that I was finally energetically aligned for right relationship. Opportunities for love relationships began to pop up overnight with friend offering to set me up with their loved ones and my love life up-leveled drastically.

When it comes to energy, like attracts like. Our personal frequency attracts people, situations and things that are resonant. In intimate love relationships, we are susceptible to absorbing the frequency of our partner. While this doesn’t happen for everyone, it is very common. When the frequency of a past lover remains lodged in one’s energy field, it attracts similar people and love relationships over and over again, blocking right alignment and compatible resonance.

For example, I have a friend who was in relationship with a man who was jealous, possessive and unfaithful. This was the first man she had ever been with who embodied these traits. Once that relationship ended, the resonance of this man remained in her field acting like a beacon and calling out to other men and people who carried similar vibrations in their energy fields. Her dating life took a turn and she found that she was unable to attract, meet or connect with the type of man she was looking to be with. A negative dating pattern developed and the men she attracted all seemed jealous, possessive or unable to fully commit.

Cord cutting, while helpful in separating energetically from a past love, does not fully release the energy we absorb from those we have been intimate with. Based on my personal experience, I am convinced that releasing energetic resonance that one has absorbed is the missing piece for those who are seeking alignment in right and fulfilling relationship.
